On Sunday, 22nd March 2015, Port Beach will be transformed into a new seaside party oasis for one last beach bonanza to remember! With a whole bunch of national and international acts to get you dancing in the sand, groovin' on the grass, or kickin' back on a sun-lounge simply enjoying the tunes and spectacular ocean views. Perth's largest Sunday Session is back on the beach and what a line up we have to deliver the End of Summer Party soundtrack!

Featuring... in alphabetical order:
• THE ASTON SHUFFLE
• BASENJI
• CYRIL HAHN [PMR/CH/CAN]
• GRMM
• KELE [UK]
• KILTER
• ROLAND TINGS
• THIEF
• WORDLIFE

And now for a little piece on each of them...

THE ASTON SHUFFLE:
Sicker, doper and more productive; The Aston Shuffle are back at Sets on the Beach. With a career spanning almost ten years, the music duo Mikah and Vance from Canberra have become unofficial flag bearers for dance music Down Under who juggle their music with their own show on ABC's Triple J on Friday nights called Friday Night Shuffle.
With belters such as 'Tear It Down' and 'Comfortable', hands–in-the-air moments and crowded dance floors are guaranteed!

BASENJI:
Sydney producer Basenji makes noises that sound a little unusual to some. Influenced by his mates Wave Racer and Cosmo's Midnight, he creates melodic bass music that doesn't need lyrics to be as infectious as any pop song.
Formerly known as one half of the Pablo J & The Lobsterettes project, Basenji has racked up a cheeky couple hundred thousand plays on his Soundcloud, about six thousand Facebook fans, not to mention a serious amount of attention from people like Nina Las Vegas, Wave Racer and Cosmos Midnight (just to name a few) as well as plays across BBC Radio 1, Triple J and FBi.  Just like he states himself, Basenji likes to 'bang out bright, fun dance floor jams' – We certainly don't mind that!

CYRIL HAHN:
Hahn, a 20-something from Switzerland now living in Canada, turns everything he touches into a sacred ritual. He's released consistently great music; is signed to PMR Records (home to Disclosure & Jesse Ware), not to mention his remixes - the most popular Destiny Child's 'Say My Name' which has received over 7 MILLION plays on Soundcloud. Others include 'Tough Love' by Jessie Ware and 'Don't Save Me' by HAIM, and the list goes on... .and on!!
He's performed around the globe at major festivals everywhere, his sets are varied, having their own unique atmospheric, body-jammin twist, which will keep those sandy feet dancing.

GRMM:
Sydney born DJ/Producer & Remixer GRMM has been honing his craft behind the decks since 2005, along the way rocking dancefloors at Pacha, Cargo, The Club and World.
In 2014 he released 'Electrify', peaking at #2 on the iTunes Electronic Chart and has had over 400,000 streams on Soundcloud, he's also done official remixes for Gorgon City & Prelatures. His goal?? To bring music that is out of the ordinary into the ears and minds of his audience, bring it on!!!!

KELE:
... Yes, Kele!
Bloc Party Frontman and guitarist is joining the party, to give us a taste of his wicked dance-oriented solo work. With Bloc Party on hiatus, Kele has firmly established himself as a multifaceted musician who continues to experiment with electronic music.
Bringing his all new solo show, built around his latest release 'Trick', WE CANNOT WAIT for him to show Perth's party people how it's done the British way!!!

KILTER:
Riding at the forefront of the new wave of electronic producers coming out of Australia is Kilter. The young Sydney-based producer's tropically-infused, percussion-laden beats have seen a loyal fan base build among punters, peers and industry types alike. 2014 has already seen Kilter hit the road supporting RÜFÜS, The Kite String Tangle and Art vs Science, plus coveted festival appearances at Field Day and the Big Day Out.
Kilter is one name that's reverberating across the country for a good reason at the moment which is why we added him to our line-up.

ROLAND TINGS:
Melbourne- hailing Berlin- based producer Roland Tings has been whipping up dancefloors since his first release back in 2012, with his respectful update of classic Chicago house styles on his MILKY WAY EP.
2014 was a solid year for Tings, with a number of stellar releases including the well-received 'Floating On A Salt Lake'. With his new self-titled album just out, TRIPLE J have made it 'Album of the week', Tings fresh beats will guarantee everyone will have a serious boogie!

THIEF:
Sydney's Thief is the new electronic pop project of PJ Wolf (previous winner of the Triple J Unearthed Top Song comp) his belter tune 'Closer' is one you'll recognize -streamed 2 million times on Spotify!! Performing with live band, he is one up and comer to look out for this year!!!

WORDLIFE:
Wordlife consists of 2 beardy Sydney dudes, Kato and Adam, who have been working together in the studio for quite some time now, creating forward thinking tunes! Already making waves everywhere, they have released on Bang Gang 12 inches and Motorik.
Acclaimed Remixes of The Presets, Rufus, Safia, Crooked Colours, Anna Lunoe, Yolanda Be Cool amongst others have seen Wordlife's stock rise as one of Australia's most sought after remixers!!!!!!!
These guys are sure to rip it up!!!

With this killer line-up; (playing on a stage that EVERYONE can see!) and brand new beach venue getting the full 'Sets' make-over including all the extra creature comforts and bigger 2nd Stage and Silent Disco, our party playground is going to leave everybody wishing summer would never come to an end!
